Real Estate Study Tour to Singapore

Dear APUEA member,

APUEA has recently entered a partnership with the International Real Estate Federation (FIABCI), and to start off our collaboration we have joined forces to  arrange a real estate study visit to Singapore between January 29-30, 2024. The study visit is open for members of APUEA and FIABCI. The study visit program is as displayed below:

10:00 Visiting Keppel Infrastructure District Cooling System at Changi Business Park

12:00 Lunch

13:30 Visiting Keppel Bay Tower and Keppel Bay Low-rise Residential Project -  (a showcase Singapore’s first Net Zero commercial      building in Singapore and have a quick overview of the residential projects around Keppel Bay)

16:00 End of Day 1

18:00 Dinner with Leaders in Singapore Real Estate at the Soup Restaurant, Vivo City (Opposite our Travelodge Harbourfront Singapore Hotel)

20:00 End of Day 1

09:30 Visiting Marina Bay Financial Center It can be the management of the Marina Bay Link Mall and others as you may like us to see.

12:00 Lunch a RCN Office and Briefing on Real Estate Markets

13:30 Visiting HDB and Studying about En Bloc Sale

15:00 Visiting Tempanese New Town

17:00 End of Day 2 and the whole program.

Price:

- 4000 THB (to cover honorarium for speakers and dinner)

- Travel arrangements including flight and hotel will be covered individually

Payment Deadline:

-  Registration and payment should be made within January 10, 2024.

Accommodation:

Hotel Travelodge Harbourfront Singapore at 3,706 THB per night. Or a hotel of own choice.

Local transportation:

On foot, MRT or Taxi (shared)
